While I am happy to offer a refund if you have changed your mind about a reading (no later than 48 hours prior to the agreed appointment time), I am unable to refund your purchase after the reading has been completed. The energetic work I put into my readings begins before the reading commences. The cards don’t always tell us what we want to hear and may bring challenging truths but that is what makes them such powerful tools for self-empowerment.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual.
Confidentiality: I have a background in various medical professions and treat my clients with the same respect for their confidentiality: anything that comes up in your reading will stay between us. Your trust and privacy are of utmost importance to me.
Minors: I am happy to read for individuals under the age of 18 but when possible, prefer consent from a guardian.
Group Event Policies: In order to confirm, a 50% deposit is required within three business days of booking (via PayPal or e-transfer). Unfortunately, I am unable to hold an event date without a deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation on my part. If I am unable to attend the event for any reason, your money will be refunded in full.
The balance for my services is due at the end of your event.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who makes me feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
